Boggart:(What the character fears above all else. This is what their Boggart would take form of)
Dementor:(What the character would hear if presented with a Dementor, a.k.a. their worst memory)
Patronus:(if FOURTH YEAR - the form of their patronus)
Animagus:(Only accessible if your character is a.) a seventh year prodigy, or b.) you have special admin permission. This is a highly ardorous and time consuming feat to accomplish, so I will not allow animagi lower than fifth year.)
Mirror of Erised:(your character's deepest desire/goal/what have you)
Detailed Personality: (give an overview of the character’s personality. 2 paragraphs should cover it.)
Family: (list living. If no living family then place “No Living Relatives”)
History: (full history, from birth until present. this is the
