Mirror of Erised: She sees herself as head girl surrounded by many friends and happy.
Detailed Personality: Kirilee is what most people would call a “tom-boy”. She has a harder time getting along with girls and finds the company of guys more enjoyable. Not because she likes to flirt with them or what have you (at least not all the time) but because they tend to have more of the same interests as she does. Kirilee grew up with four older brothers and no sisters so she was always playing sports and hanging around with them in her childhood.
Kirilee is very friendly and confident and has a very easy time making friends but her loud and sometimes overly cocky personality makes it hard for her to keep friends. Sometimes people see her as rude but most of the time, she thinks she is being funny and assumes everyone else thinks so as well. It isn’t until no one is laughing and people are angry at her that she even realizes she made a mistake.
She is very brave and will always try anything once but often times that can get her into trouble. For example, she never backs down from a dare, no matter how dangerous or stupid it may be. This thirst to prove herself almost landed her in Slytherin when she placed the sorting hat on her head in her first year but there was something else about her that made it choose Gryffindor.
Although she has such a tough exterior, Kirilee is kind and sweet at heart. She loves babies and small animals and a good romantic movie will make her tear up if she is alone. She chooses not to show this soft side of herself to anyone because she thinks it makes her appear weak and she thinks people will think less of her because of it. Even though she says she doesn’t, she really does care a lot about what people think about her and her image is everything in her mind.
Family:
History: Kirilee Noelle Lyndon was born in Manchester, England on December 24th 1995 to Marcus and Calandria Lyndon. She is the youngest of five children. Her parents met in high school; he was a senior and she was a freshman. Most people made fun of their relationship, saying it would never work out, she was too young for him, and so on, but they lasted the test of time, staying together when he went off to college. They were madly in love with each other and planned to get married once she graduated high school and they did just that, quickly becoming pregnant with their first child, they couldn’t have been happier.
As the years went by, their relationship was as strong as ever but in their hearts they really wanted a girl. They tried and tried and everything she conceived a boy. They loved all of their sons very much but they always hoped the next time would be a girl. When Calandria was 27 years old, she had almost given up on having the little girl she had always wanted. She didn’t want to have more than 5 kids and if they had another boy, so be it. So Marcus and Calandria tried again and low and behold, it was a beautiful little girl who they named Kirilee Noelle.
For the first few years, Kirilee developed just like any normal child, walking and talking at all of the right times. It wasn’t until she went to kindergarten that her parents discovered things might be…peculiar about her. They had gotten a few notes from her teacher and also one from the principal on one occasion complaining about her, for lack of a better word, misbehavior. Once, when she got mad at another student for picking on her, his tongue mysteriously swelled to 4 times its normal size. Another instance occurred when she went missing from recess only to be found on the roof of the school. She said she had no idea how she got up there, but as this was the Muggle world, how else could she have gotten up there? There really a way that they could technically blame her for the instances of unexplainable trouble, but they knew Kirilee was involved in some way.
After a few years, the unexplainable events slowed down to almost a halt, only occurring once in a great while. Kirilee continued through school and was getting good grades. She was involved in every sort of sport imaginable at her age and was branded “one of the guys” by her male classmates. Everything was going good for her and she was excited by the idea starting junior high with her friends. It wasn’t until she was on Christmas Break in her 5th grade year that everything became clear. She got a letter from a “wizarding” school called Hogwarts and became thoroughly confused. Brushing it off as a joke, she gave the letter to her parents and went off to go play with her brothers. Her parents however, had started putting two and two together as they read the letter. Maybe their daughter was a witch; it would explain all of those unexplained instances throughout her childhood. It didn’t make sense to them, but in a way it made perfect sense. They only thing they couldn’t understand was how it happened. Neither of them was magical and as far as they knew, they didn’t have any magical family members. The day after the letter was received; a representative from the Ministry of Magic came to their home to explain to them about Kirilee. He told them that very far back on each of their families sides (probably 6 or 7 generations back) there was someone with magical ability and their magical ability lie dormant inside both of them like a recessive gene. Because of those two recessive genes, he would tell them, Kirilee acquired her own magical ability and was accepted into one of the best Wizarding schools in the world, Hogwarts.
Kirilee still had trouble believing the man as he explained everything to her and her family, but decided to go along with it for now. He told them he would return in August to take her to get all of her school supplies and then on the first of September to take her to school. When he left, she couldn’t help but think this was all just a cruel joke and didn’t seriously expect him to return. With that, she went back to her life and didn’t tell anyone of the strange visit, lest they think she was crazy. Months past and August came around, Kirilee didn’t expect much to happen, but in the back of her mind, she secretly hoped he would come. Near the end of the month, he did return and took her and her parents to Diagon Alley to do her school shopping. He took them to Gringotts first so that he could show them how to convert their Muggle money for the next time they came. He then showed them all the various other shops and she got her robes, wand and the like; she even got her own pet owl, which she named Turtle. The Ministry man took them home and would return for them a few days later on September 1st.
September 1st came along and the Ministry official came back with her ticket for the Hogwarts Express. Upon arriving, she was very amused crossing over onto platform 9 ¾ at Kings Cross Station. She was so amused to the point where she had to be stopped from running back and forth through the barrier, lest she attract too much attention. The whistle blew and Kirilee boarded the train, waving goodbye to her parents she began the journey to her new school. During the sorting ceremony that night at the banquet, the sorting hat was placed on her head. It seemed to take a lot longer that it had with the other students to decide which house to put her in. It kept debating with itself whether she belonged in Slytherin or Gryffindor, as she possessed many of the traits that could put her in either house. Finally, after much deliberation, the hat shouted Gryffindor and she joined her respective table.
Her first year went smoothly, considering the fact that she was still getting used to magic. Kirilee learned that she really enjoyed Potions and Transfiguration although she wasn’t particularly great at the latter just yet. She became very interested in Quidditch and was fascinated with flying on a broom. During her first flying class, however, she couldn’t get her broom off the ground, and thus gave up on playing Quidditch that year.
Her second year, she tried out for the Quidditch team, but it seemed that she wasn’t quite comfortable enough on a broom just yet to make the team. This year she discovered that she was terrible at Herbology and hated magical plants in general when in one of their first lessons she got slapped in the face by one of the plants to which she kicked it back and thus lost 10 points for her house.
Kirilee’s third year went by smoothly. She became better at Transfiguration and was actually managing to complete the work in a timely manner. She did however, take her first Divination class this year and deemed it useless as she didn’t seem to be any good at it. Her fourth year was an interesting one, as it was the year she got her first boyfriend. He was a Ravenclaw boy and they had met one day at the lake. They were very cute together but after a few weeks, Kirilee decided that he didn’t understand her and promptly broke up with him.
In her fifth year, she was able to conjure her first patronus and it took the form of a lion cub. It was very adorable and only lasted a couple of seconds but she felt accomplished for being able to do so. This year, her sixth year, she decided this year was going to be a bit different. She decided she was going to branch out of her circle of friends and actually experience all of what Hogwarts had to offer. She would be taking classes out of her comfort zone and joining clubs to learn new things; after all, she was almost done with her schooling and when was she going to get another chance to experience everything.

Shaylyn wasnt quite sure what it was about being up in the astronomy tower that made her feel so at peace, but every time she came up here to look out the high windows, all of her problems seemed to disappear. Maybe it was because this was the highest point at Hogwarts and from up here, Shay could see for miles. Maybe it was because the breeze that came in through the wide open windows was so calming. Or maybe, just maybe, it was because no one ever went up there, and Shay could actually be alone with her thoughts. Not that she really needed to be...
Shaylyn had just lost the love of her life, Tony, to another woman and now, Shay wasn't entirely sure what to do. They had made so many plans for the future and life and everything, and now, there was nothing. Sure, she was only 17, and she could easily rebuild her life as it hadn't actually begun, but the wound was still fresh and it was easy to dwell on the pain. She really didn't need to be alone, what she really wanted was someone to talk to, a friend she could just have fun with who wouldnt ask her a million questions that would just make her want to cry...she promised herself she wouldnt shed another tear over Tony Dedrian.
Looking out the window, out at the grounds of the school, she felt the all to familiar sensation of tears brimming in her eyes. Closing her eyes tightly, she shook off the feeling, trying to keep herself in an up(ish)beat mood. She really needed a friend to hang out with, to take her mind off of everything. Shay had Adonis and he was always helpful and amazing but he was always busy, being potions master and all. She sighed, thinking of who else she had besides Adonis and Cayden....they were like brothers to her but that wasnt who she needed right now. She thought of Mikayla and Kite, but they were to close to the problem at hand. They would try to help but ultimately wouldnt help at all. As she stood there thinking, she thought she heard someone coming up the stairs but she figured her ears were just playing tricks on her. It wasn't until she turned around to check her suspicions that she noticed the person standing at the top of the stairs.....
