Dueling is a confrontation between two or more wizards in a 'contest' of magical might, wits, and creativity. While the lessons before Christmas break will be performed using the civilized rules those after that will be Real Life condition.
This is an optional course and is not graded, however a bracket tournament will be held in the latter half of the year. Skills learned here will help your grade in DADA.
Students caught dueling outside the designated class room will face disciplinary actions, unless a clear case of self defense can be proved. Students caught trying to maim or kill another student in a duel will face disciplinary actions.
