Granted, You figure out why, but you can't figure out how to fix it.
I wish my neighbor would use garbage pick up and not just throw their trash onto a big burn pile in the back yard what is truly truly disgusting.

Granted, but they've replaced the toilets in the women's bathroom with urinals.
